Bankside offers a warm welcome in a spacious and luxuriously appointed period house.  It is quietly situated and has a lovely garden and terrace, but is within 5 minutes walk of the town centre and 10 minutes walk from the railway station. 

We have three well appointed bedrooms for guests: two are doubles with en suite shower/WC, and the third has a double/twin with its own private shower/WC.  Single occupancy is sometimes available.

We offer gourmet breakfasts featuring delicious home made yoghurt, bread, and jams, and we use only the highest quality, locally sourced bacon, sausages and free range eggs.  From a "full English" to pancakes served with bacon and maple syrup, or locally smoked salmon and scrambled eggs, there is a wide choice available. 

Home made "Cornish Cream Teas" are available by arrangement.
